Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unused product in its original packing along with the original price tags, labels, bar-codes, user manual, warranty card, invoices and all related documents that you received if any within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • It is advised that the return packet should be adequately packed for dispatch purposes so that there is no further damage to the product during transit.
  • If a product has technical / manufacturing defects, Couturiers Home is willing to replace the product.
  • In case you receive any damaged, defective or improper product, you need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery for replacement/repair. If you are unable to inform us within 24 hours, Couturiers Home shall not be held liable for providing a solution against any such complaint. The time frame starts from the date/time of product delivered at your doorsteps as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Please send us the pictures of damaged, defective or improper products at customercare@couturiershome.com within the given time frame, So that we could serve you in a better way.
  • Customers will receive a refund in their provided bank account within 5-7 days.
  • Incase of return, Shipping expenses shall be borne by the customer.
